The ear plug I ordered arrived on Friday. Thank you for your excellent service. All my questions were answered quickly and completely and together with the audiology clinic the order process was quick and easy.
The plug has been used successfully and I was able to work out how to get it in and out. However a Utube video is not so useful to me as written instructions which I could have in front of me during the process. Can’t take my computer to the bathroom!

I’m very happy with my surfing earplugs from Pacific Ears. Ordering them was easy (after having the initial moulds made at a local clinic). They fit perfectly and come in a very handy little case. I really like the new addition of the small filter for “situational awareness”. The video link of how to insert them and remove them is worth watching, as I’ve learnt in the past its best not to use the connecting cord to pull them out. The only thing I would change would be to tone down the colours a bit. It is really useful to have the colour difference to know which is L and R but could be more subtle. Overall, the plugs are great and definitely stop my surfer’s ear getting any worse.

I’m very impressed with my new PE SwimFit Aware plugs for surfing/ kiteboarding. They offer the best “awareness” I have tried to date and they are extremely comfortable. I can now talk to people in the water!! The service Pacific Ears provided was friendly, professional and fast. My plugs were ready in 4 days. I have already pointed some of my surfing mates in their direction. Highly recommended for anyone with surfers ear or those trying to avoid it in the first place. Well worth the investment.

I use these plugs regularly, specifically for surfing. I’ve tried every brand of ear plugs on the market and these offer the best overall solution. Perfect fit means they mould to your ear canals, even if you have problems like surfers-ear. No leakage and they never fall out even in heavy surf conditions. The inbuilt cord provides reassurance of no loosing a plug if they did fall out. The attachment of the cord is recessed so it allows plugs to be worn under a hood/cap, which is a differentiator vs competitor products. They still block out a lot of sound, but better than many alternatives, and the trade-off for protection of my sensitive/damaged ear drums is a no-brainer. Production and shipping was incredibly fast.
Recommendation; give option whether or not to have the clip on the cord. I found mine put too much weight on the cord, so had to file it off.
