Will I loose my Swimplugs if I drop them in the water?
Our SwimFit earplugs are made of a floating blue material. If you drop them when you put them in or take them out of your ears and they fall in the water they will be easily found.
The swimplugs fit securely in your ears when you are swimming or surfing so you don’t need to worry of losing them when you are active. You can order Swim plugs here.
Where can I have my impressions of my ears taken for a custom made product?
We have a extensive chain of fitting points / clinics all over New Zealand (and Australia) which make impressions of your ears for us. Once you have ordered through our website we will send you the details of the closest one. In Auckland for example we work with over 19 clinics.
A qualified employee will make your impressions and sends them to us. Impressions are included in the price of the product.
Impressions are needed for ACS Pro earplugs, ER Musicians Earplugs, SleepSounds, Swimplugs, Custom Sleeves and our in-ear monitors.

Thanks to Fleur and Danny for excellent service and 2 pairs of awesome custom ear plugs. I’ve just replaced my SleepSound plugs (lost them somewhere and can’t go without them), and added a pair of SwimFit Aware (utterly brilliant) to my collection (I use ACS 26 for work). The ear plug I ordered arrived on Friday. Thank you for your excellent service. All my questions were answered quickly and completely and together with the audiology clinic the order process was quick and easy.
The plug has been used successfully and I was able to work out how to get it in and out. However a Utube video is not so useful to me as written instructions which I could have in front of me during the process. Can’t take my computer to the bathroom!

I’m very happy with my surfing earplugs from Pacific Ears. Ordering them was easy (after having the initial moulds made at a local clinic). They fit perfectly and come in a very handy little case. I really like the new addition of the small filter for “situational awareness”. The video link of how to insert them and remove them is worth watching, as I’ve learnt in the past its best not to use the connecting cord to pull them out. The only thing I would change would be to tone down the colours a bit. It is really useful to have the colour difference to know which is L and R but could be more subtle. Overall, the plugs are great and definitely stop my surfer’s ear getting any worse.
