The Custom Sleeves are tailor-made solutions designed to enhance your favourite earphones. These custom-fit sleeves provide great isolation, superior comfort, and a broader sound stage, making your personal listening or live monitoring experience the best it can be. The custom-fit tips are made to measure for your ear, ensuring increased comfort without any feeling of pressure. They warm to body temperature, making them so comfortable that you might forget you’re wearing them. The custom-fit tips provide an improved seal every time, offering up to 26dB isolation from outside noise. This results in better clarity from your earphones as there is less external disturbance, allowing you to listen at lower levels and avoid distortion. The Custom Sleeves are compatible with most models from Westone, Shure, some Bang & Olufson, CEP, the Google Pixel A series, Sony WF-1000, KZ ZSN, KZ AST, JBL BT, MEE-MX2, and several others. Each purchase includes a carry pouch, wax pick, comfort cream, and a care and instruction booklet.

Many people already use in-ear headphones from a variety of manufacturers and have found their sound of choice for personal listening or even live monitoring. We offer a cost-effective custom-fit solution that can make your favourite earphones the best they can be with great isolation, comfort and a broader sound stage. If your earphones use balanced armature drivers, you’ll know how important it is to get a good seal to make sure that you get the full dynamic range from your music.
Tailor-made fit and better isolation for your ears
Although you’re already using the tips for your earphones that you find the most comfortable and that most likely give you the best isolation for your ear, the custom-fit experience is completely different. The custom-fit tip for your earphone is completely made to measure for your ear, so you get great comfort without any feeling of pressure or tricky fitting techniques. Also when they warm to body temperature you can easily forget that you’re wearing them. As each tip is made to fit your ear canal, you’ll also find them to be more secure as they’re not using pressure to stay inside of your ear but are still snug.
Custom-fit tips give you an Improved seal
Standard tips can provide varying isolation depending on the design of the tip, whether you choose to use foam or rubber tips and the shape of your ear. Using custom-fit tips gives you a perfect seal every time meaning you get up to 26dB isolation from outside noise. This means that you will get better clarity from your earphones because there is less external disturbance, meaning that you can listen at lower levels avoiding distortion and allowing your earphones to deliver the sound they were intended to unhindered.

A game-changer for me. I have a pair of Shure SE535 IEMs which even with the smallest tips simply wouldn’t fit or stay in my ears. There was also considerable pain involved. Pacific Ears made me some custom tips and they have totally revolutionised my IEM experience. Apart from the fact that the new tips are super comfortable and the IEMs stay in without a problem now, the full performance of the SE535 has now been realised for the first time for me. I now have an incredibly well defined and articulate bass response and overall the sound stage is very balanced. The whole job took less than 1.5 weeks from start to finish. Amazing service and product. Do yourself a favour and buy a set. Seriously!

Great to have a set of in-ear-phones that actually now stay in, and give an amazing sound. Pacific Ears did the digital mapping of my ear canals, and the result is fantastic. Comfortable, full sound, and not having to jiggle them while I play is great. Fantastic customer service from start to finish – really quick and easy! I’m a BIG fan of my Pacific Ears Custom Sleeves for my Shure In-ear monitors. My band EchoKnot really demands a bombproof IEM setup. Between crushingly loud stage volume intermingling with delicate synth lines, click tracks, and a mix of digital and acoustic instrumentation – there is a lot going on. These sleeves are great – they’re super comfortable, even for extender periods, the fit is perfect, they locked into my Shure’s like glue and the customer service from Pacific Ears was top-notch. I’ve used custom sleeves from Pacific Ears with IEMs for many years now. I first got them for a pair of Etymotic HF5s and then switched them to some ER4s. These were quite comfortable to wear and provided excellent noise isolation, meaning I could enjoy the clean sound at a low volume. I recently got some Shure SE846s and ordered some new Pacific Ears custom sleeves for them. It seems that Pacific Ears have upgraded the silicon they are using, as these new sleeves are even more comfortable while still doing a brilliant job at blocking the outside noise. I haven’t noticed any negative impact on the sound profile of the SE846s, and once again I can hear both the detail and the bass I enjoy so much at a low volume. I heartily recommend these to anyone thinking of getting them for their IEMs.
And to top it off, the customer service from Pacific Ears was also top-notch. I contacted Pacific Ears after noticing a slight tear in one of the sleeves a week or so after I got it. They immediately told me to send it to them for a repair or replacement, and the replacement was back to me within a week, and I have not had any problems with it since.

The custom sleeves from pacific ears are incredible. A real game changer for me, as the original foam tips for my shure se215s were a very poor fit. The IEM now is very secure in my ear and comfortable for long periods. This perfect fit has also made the sound much better and perfectly consistent. If you are having issues with the fit of stock foam tips, then don’t hesitate. It’s well worth it.

I recently ordered a second set of Custom Sleeve’s to fit CEP Aviation audio earbuds, to be worn inside a MSA Gallet flight helmet.
The process was again streamlined, with ultra quick, clear communications. The turnaround time was excellent.
As a firefighting helicopter pilot, working in an extremely noisy, hot environment for up to 10 hours a day, good clear comfortable audio/communication is must.
The custom sleeves hold firm without a need for readjustment, and the noise exclusion is excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending Pacific Ears Customs Sleeve’s.
