High Fidelity Earplugs – Dual Flange
The ER20XS earplugs feature a reusable, low-profile and stem-less design that sits snugly in the outer ear without protruding. This makes it discreet and comfortable to wear under hats, helmets and other headgear. ER20XS earplugs come with a small, flexible pull tab that allows for easy removal, an easy-to-install neck cord and a carrying case. Performance matches Etymotic’s original high-fidelity Etyplugs developed for musicians. Having the identical response through 4 kHz, with an improved high-frequency clarity above 4 kHz, without compromising protection. Richness of music is preserved; speech remains clear, just quieter with 20-dB equal sound reduction across the spectrum of hearing.

The R20XS Dual Flange earplugs are amazing. I brought these earplugs to wear while at music concerts, and they do a really good job and softening the music but still keeping it clear and not muffled. After 2 hours use at a concert, I had no ringing ears afterwards, so would definitely recommend this product to concert goers! Cheers, Mike

I wore the 20XSD earplugs to a concert I had general admission to (close to the speakers) and after 5+ hours of music, I had no ringing ears. The sound was not muffled or reduced – It just felt like my ears had a good protection barrier while enjoying the concert. Would definitely use again!
