- Test the In-Ear Monitors and let us know you would like to continue with the purchase or return the test IEMs within 7 days.
- If you are happy with the sound signature and would like to continue with the purchase of the Custom In-Ear Monitor, we will process your order, and you can keep using the test set until we are about to send you the custom IEMs when they are ready. At that stage you return the test set and after receipt we send you your custom set.
- If you do not like the sound signature of the test set, and have returned the item, you have 2 options at your request:
- we will refund you your purchase price;
- or you request to test another model. After testing the new model step 2, 3 and 4 are applicable again – try, send back within 7 days and choose a refund or new test model;
- Applicable to the following Custom Westone Audio Models – ES series hand poured and 3d-printed, EAS series Hand poured and 3D-printed.

- If you do not like the sound signature, and have returned the item, you have 2 options:
